Clear Polycarbonate 1/16" 12"x12"
Sheet
This is a 12"x12" sheet of clear polycarbonate
plastic (Lexan). This plastic cuts easily with normal
woodworking tools yet it's much stronger than the plastics
originally used on pinballs. Almost unbreakable, it's often
used as burglar-proof glazing. Excellent material for making
clear protectors or for making your own replacement plastics.
Shapes easily with a Dremel tool or a bench grinder. Sold by
the single sheet and covered by white plastic protective
film.

Piano Wire
This is very stiff and durable steel wire.
Excellent for forming replacements for ball gates, spinners,

Self-Adhesive Felt Strip
This is a thin felt
strip with a self-adhesive backing. When applied to the side
edges of your playfield, it will prevent the scratching and
gouging of the inside of the cabinet that usually takes
place as the playfield is raised and lowered. Why bother to
repaint or touchup the inside of the cabinet if it will just
get scraped up again by regular playfield maintenance?
Available by the foot in 1" wide by 1/16" thick and in 3/4"
wide by either 1/16" thick or an extra-thin 1/32" thick as

Molding Tape
This is an
extremely sticky double stick tape made to hold the
side moldings on cars. Very durable with a solid acrylic
core. This is an excellent tape for attaching the metal
side rails to a pin. This very thin tape has an initial good
bond that gets much stronger as it sits, allowing some
repositioning before it really grabs hold. This tape is
equivalent to 3M #6383 but at almost half the price. It
is 7/8" wide and 3/64" thick by 25 feet long, enough here
to do the rails on 3 pins.

Cleaner
This foaming multipurpose spray cleaner
lifts the dirt right off of ramps, plastics, playfields,
cabinets, most any surface except glass (streaks). Also does a
good job pulling the black dust up out of woodgrain and up out
of wiring bundles. Contains no ammonia so it's safe for use
many more places than glass cleaner. I spray the outside

Orange Power Cleaner/Degreaser Spray
This is an Industrial-strength citrus-based
spray solvent and degreaser. This spray is VERY strong, with
97% d-limonene content. Softens mylar glue in seconds, not
minutes. I use it sparingly as I find it much more
effective than Goo Gone. Great for cleaning up ramps and
playfields after mylar or sticker removal. Very effective in

Odor
Eliminator Spray
This is an
Industrial-strength odor neutralizer. It actually changes the
molecular structure of smoke and other sour or musty
odors. Works great sprayed inside those pins with a smoky
past! Don't spray it directly on the wood, just open the coin
door and direct a 3-5 second blast up inside the game.
Close it up and leave it for a day. The odor is gone
forever! Another trick is to spray a towel with Odor
Eliminator and toss the towel in the cabinet. 10 oz
aerosol.
